Our story

Lock’d Hearts began not as a business, but as a personal mission rooted in pain, love, and unbreakable family bonds.

Founder Saraya Scott became a freedom fighter not by choice, but by necessity—advocating first for her two brothers, who were both incarcerated and separated from their families for over 26 years.

Determined to fight for their dignity and to create something meaningful in their name, Saraya launched CarlMichaeles Transportation, a business built to generate income and stability for them upon their release. It was a labor of love, resilience, and strategy—proof that even behind bars, our people are not forgotten.

Today, one of her brothers was recently released but the other brother, and so many others, are still waiting and fighting for justice and freedom. Lock’d Hearts was born from this ongoing fight, a brand that honors families impacted by incarceration, uplifts their stories, and channels proceeds toward reform, reentry, and healing.

This is more than a story. This is movement.
This is how we love behind the walls.
This is Lock’d Hearts.

Our Mission

At Lock’d Hearts, our mission is to go beyond freedom — we’re here to support true transition. We stand with the formerly incarcerated and their families, offering not only love and solidarity, but real tools for reentry, healing, and growth. Through meaningful greeting cards, advocacy, and resource-driven support, we uplift those navigating life during and after incarceration — because every heart deserves a second chance, and no one should walk this path alone.
